SEPTEMBER 2008

MUSIC DEPARTMENT NEWS: How quickly September approaches! Time for our music groups to begin regular rehearsals again.

Contemporary Band rehearsals will be Tuesdays, at 7:00 p.m. (on 2nd Tuesday, 7:30 p.m.)

Adult Choir rehearsals will be announced prior to festival Sundays and holidays

Adult Handbells rehearse on Wednesdays, 7:00 p.m., beginning September 10th

Children's Choir, our youngest singing choir for kindergarten through fifth graders, will rehearse Sunday mornings, 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., beginning in October

Savior's Soundwaves, our youngest handbell choir, is open to 5th to 8th graders who would like to ring handbells. They rehearse Sundays, 4:00 p.m., beginning September 7th

Youth Choir, our choir for middle and high school age singers, welcomes more members - boys and girls. Rehearsals are Sundays, 5:00 to 5:45 p.m., beginning September 7th

Youth Handbells, our handbell choir for high schoolers, rehearses Sundays, 5:45 to 7:00 p.m., beginning September 7th. We are in need of more ringers, so please see me if you're interested.

If you have a hidden musical talent, please let us know. We would so enjoy having more of you involved in praising God through music!
